Standard Shipping Method is shipped via USPS or FedEx. Items ordered are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Second Day Shipping Method is shipped via FedEx. Items ordered are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 2 business days after the order has been produced. You will receive a separate email with detailed shipping information once your order has shipped.
Next Day Shipping Method is shipped via FedEx. Items ordered are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 1 business
Holiday Shipping Method is shipped via FedEx. Items ordered are ready to ship within 2-5 business days. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 1 business
When selecting a shipping method, please note that most products require 3-5 days (3-7 days during peak holidays) in production and THEN they ship.

Returns
Discount Photo Gifts values its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of purchase. Please specify whether you prefer a replacement or refund and we will work with you to find the best resolution. For refund orders, we will credit your card for the cost of goods, but cannot refund the cost of shipping services provided. If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or does not reflect the high-quality print standards Discount Photo Gifts guarantees, we will send you a prepaid return shipping voucher. If the product is in good condition, and you would still like to return it, then you will need to pay for the cost of shipping.
