I ordered four personalized black mugs and was so pleased with this order for many reasons. I was notified on 4/25 that the mugs had been shipped. I tracked them through the Fed Ex website which stated delivery date was 4/28. I live in the delivery path of the horrible tornados that hit NW Alabama. On 4/27, the tornados ravaged this area and the status update showed they were on the delivery truck for delivery. I certainly did not expect them on that day because the weather was so bad (sirens going off, etc.) On the a.m. of 4/30, Fed Ex delivered the package. I immediately shook the pkg. to hear what should have been broken glass, but to my surprise, they were packaged so well to begin with, they were definitely well-protected. They are going to be given individually as gifts so the wonderful boxing was great! Also, the mugs looked fantastic! I definitely will have your store bookmarked as my “go-to” personalization site, as well as suggesting your services to others. *A shout out to Fed Ex also*

I want to say, how happy I am with your product. I purchased a puzzle from your company for my wife's birthday in September. After some weeks we were almost completed with the puzzle, however one corner piece was missing. I emailed customer service, and within 24 hours I received an email from Tony your customer rep. Now all I needed was that one piece, however Tony stated he would have to send out the entire puzzle again.
I want to stress, the amazing Customer Service that your team has portrayed. I chose your company strictly on the price and size of your puzzle. My recent order was missing a calendar. I called and explained what happened to a very friendly and helpful customer service rep. and he said you would print the missing calendar and mail it to me. I recieved the calendar just a few days later (today). All my calendars look great, and I appreciate your quick turnaround time. Also thank you for replaceing the missing calendar so proptly. This is the third year in a row I have bought custom calendars from your company, and have been very pleased every year. These calendars make great stocking stuffers at Christmas and the family members I buy them for look forward to them every year. So thanks again for a great product, and great service.

I ordered a mug and mouse pad with my daughter's pictures on them for my husband's 40th birthday. I ordered them on a Friday and received them on the following Monday. They both came out beautiful and my husband loved them. Not only do you have prompt delivery but great products.
